Still never figured out how trainers are running around with low level magikarps that know hydro pump. Regardless, she fits quite nicely in that Eevee belly.

Hot, but even Hydro pump would do little to no damage from a lvl 5 pokemon, unless she also cheated it's special attack to unbelievable levels(and speed to move before the opponent).
Also, if this is inspired from the max raid battles, it was the schoolgirl that had a magikarp that knew hydro pump(regardless of level), the pokekid had an eevee(of course), that prefers to use helping hand.
