I adore when npcs let me in on their lifes story even when I merely walk past them. I almost want to think its just Skyrim custom that you take such pride in your position in life you just spout it out to anyone going by.

or they make fun of you, saw that they got shot in the knee, ask someone they never met in there life to help them, be racist. really I feel like night would have a shout that more of a reverse shout that sucks people up to get them to shut up. but then she might have the problem of them not shutting up in her stomach.
