After having an unexplained growth spurt around the age of 14, Chloe has consistently grown 1 inch per month, going from 5'5" all the way to 11'8" in the span of just six years. Regularly stretching out leggings and tearing open her school uniforms, wardrobe severely cuts into her budget and limits her lifestyle choices, forcing her to walk amongst normal-sized humans as a klutzy giantess with an amazingly huge rod she can't afford to treat.
At least she has Delaney, her lovely Indian roommate who's all too happy to "relieve" her of any tension that happens to build in her presence. How nice of her!
