Okay so a Calorie count for this oneis a little odd. But lets start.

Based on the size I would say that these are coach buses which can usually hold about 42 seated passengers and 35 ambulatory(standing) passengers. And 1 driver each. Considering that these "were" criminals who probably don't care about Comfort I'm going to assume that they had every bus as full as they could get. So we will say that every bus had about 80 passengers on it at the very least. Making all 5 busses around 400 people.

The average person is roughly 125,822 calories (and assuming were following the standard 25% BMI factor lets say someone who is obese at 35% body fat is 144,694 calories)

I'm not certain where this takes place at, but based on americas 42% obesity rate ill assume that 42% of the criminals were considered obese as well. Making all 400 people that sam ate around 53,499,296 calories!

But were not stopping here. I'm assuming that Sam's Belly can handle digesting five buses. Right?
Well I'm not certain as to why but there is info that says that a steel fork is 15 calories.
A steel dinner fork weighs about 1.7oz.
A coach bus weighs about 54,000 lbs (or 864,000 oz) to keep things simple we will just say that there is 180 calories rounded up per pound of steel consumed. So altogether the five buses will be about 48,600,000 calories ( a little underwhelming, sadly) so lets add a few more components!
Surprisingly rubber is somewhat high in calories (according to MyFitnessPal a 1oz rubber ball can be up to 567 calories!) Most commercial buses have six tires at weigh roughly 70 lb each. And since there isn't a lot of research on how many calories Industrial Rubber has versus a 1 oz Rubber Ball I'm just going to use the numbers on hand. So with 30 tires weiging in at 2100 lbs were seeing about 19,051,200 calories on the tires!
Now lets look at the oil!
Most commercial size Vehicles use Cummins engines which will hold about 5 gallons of motor oil and usually burn off of diesel.
Now IDK about you but why oil and gasoline are extremely high in calories.
Theres roughly 222 calories per oz of industrial oil, making a 5gallon capacity of oil about 177,600 calories, and 888,000 for the five buses.
Now for the gas
Surprisingly it is fairly well known that one gallon of gasoline is 31 million calories <_< ( talk about energy disparity) commercial buses can hold up to 100 gallons of gasoline ._.
Considering that these convicts would likely just steal all the gas they would need I'm assuming the buses would be completely full, making all the gasoline in all 5 buses a whopping 15BILLION 5HUNDRED MILLION CALORIES! ( be careful what sauces you decide to put into your meals kids!)
Assuming Sam's body can metabolize steel, rubber, motor oil and especially Gasoline as easily as she can metabolize human bodies, lets say she can absOrb the full calorie count of it as well.

Lets add all of these together:
Gasoline: 15,500,000,000
400 People:53,499,296
5 buses:48,600,000
Tires: 19,051,200
Oil: 888,000
Altogether Sams Christmas feast totals up to a staggering
15,622,038,496 Calories!
That would be the same as eating almost 5 million fully loaded everything on it large pizzas.
