Robin can teleport using her devil fruit she can also use it to grow to the size of a small giant roughly 40 feet tall and she could still grow a hand outside of the person and proceed to start strangling them. Most devil fruit actually make it so that you would never want the person in a place where you cannot attack them like inside of yourself
