Pacifica's been possessed by Bill Cipher. That pretty handily explains the whole 'suddenly ingesting a small crowd so fast whole skeletons are sludging through her large intestine' as well as the obviously demonic ability to even manage such a feat...though not all her victims seem to have gone down whole. His goal's pretty obvious too, if the thoroughly disappointed way he's looking at the extra inches padding her backside is anything to go by.
But if he's in her head....What's Mabel's excuse?

A commission by an anonymous buyer. It coincided with my hand injury so there's a pretty notable drop in quality on some of the shading where I spent several months trying to poke it into completion with my off hand.

Honestly this is a very lovely final drawing. It’s a shame you can’t draw anymore, as you have a wonderful art style. But one’s health is more important ^^
