Tsuki Uzaki had found herself waking up to the most tightening pain. It felt like her whole body was in a vice, with viscous fluids grossly coating over her skin. It was extremely disorientating waking up to this situation, and she had little time to voice her confusion. As she did so however, she felt her world turn upside down and felt herself drop into a space even more uncomfortable than before.

She grimaced as she was forcefully squeezed up into a ball, her face squishing up against her own overly large bosom to the point where she thought she would suffocate by her own obscene breasts. Try as she might she couldn't find any extra space to move her arms or legs. It was as if she were in some fleshy cage of sorts, a convulsing prison that squeezed her even more with each attempt to move.

Had she...Been eaten? The terrible thought ran across her mind. It seemed so absurd, but as something started to tingle against her skin, it was the only deduction she could come up with. But what sort of fiend could have possibly snuck in and devoured a poor woman, one who was currently with child, in the dead of the night? Her fingers lightly brushed up against the mound of her pregnant middle, terrified that both her and her unborn child were in such perilous danger.

Tsuki whimpered as she felt her remaining air escape, the foul beast selflessly wasting it on a crass belch. Panic soon set in as she tried yelling for help, for anyone to come save her and her family. She thought of her other children, were they safe as well or were they the first victims of this murderous freak? Yanagi especially, as she was only a small child who was eagerly awaiting to finally become a big sister. Tsuki could feel despair scrape at her being, alongside the digestive enzymes splashing on her skin, wondering if Yanagi would be safe from this monster's clutches.

Then she heard it, the soft quiet voice of her daughter. It sounded so far away, but it was unmistakably Yanagi's.

Tsuki tried to scream, tried to push and shove against her gastric oppressor in an attempt to warn her precious daughter from the danger nearby. She wasn't even thinking about yelling for help, the mother far more concerned about the well being of her youngest child.

It was the last desperate action she could do, as with the oxygen inside now depleted, Tsuki Uzaki felt herself slip away, unaware that the thing that had doomed her and her unborn child, was her very own greedy and selfish offspring.

Though she was now gone, her body still had one last purpose to serve.

The bloated organ roared to life, and began its morbid task to convert the woman into something her daughter could make more use of. Still, as diligent as Yanagi's stomach was, converting a woman the size of her mother was no small task. For an entire hour Tsuki sat heavily inside the small girl's stomach, like a corpulent boulder as the organ's walls massaged and tried to soften up the woman's meaty body as best it could as the child who had consumed her own mother slept soundly without a single care in the world.

The hard work paid off, and within the next few hours the entirety of Tsuki Uzaki had transformed into a gelatinous ocean of chyme. Gone were the bumps and curves of a curled up female body, Yanagi's belly resembling a smooth overly large water balloon, its contents loudly sloshing around. This was only step one however, as the swirling motherly goo had only one way to go, and that was down.

Like a drain opening up, the entrance to Yanagi's small intestines gleefully began to suck down the muck that used to be Tsuki, taking gulp after gulp of the digested broth. It was an agonizing process, as it took another three hours just to drain the entire stomach's contents.

Yanagi's intestinal tract groaned. The entire length of her innards were gorged with the liquid substance that once comprised her mother. Her intestines quivered as they struggled to hold the entirety of Tsuki Uzaki, working overtime to absorb all that they were given. What was once fat and protein an expectant mother had stored up for their unborn child, was now being greedily siphoned away by the youngest Uzaki sibling, as gallon after gallon was sucked dry of all nourishment, being wasted away on an unrepentant daughter.

Night soon became morning, and still the slumbering Yanagi's body still was not done. Now it was her large intestines that bore the duty of sending Tsuki Uzaki to their final destination. Much like their smaller compatriots in the digestive system, they had likewise been bloated to inhuman levels. Yanagi still carried around a good hundred pounds left of her mother inside her, the round orb of her taut firm belly still sticking up nakedly in the air as the morning sun shone on her tummy's skin.

For now Yanagi Uzaki still slept on, dreaming childish dreams as she giggled and muttered about how she now achieved her goals of being the youngest sister, her hands cradling the groaning underside of her shaking middle that contained the final remnants of her lovely and caring mother.
