Indeed. With Amy having eaten the other humanoid members of the planet express crew save the professor,
the episode could follow the proffessor trying think of way to bring back his crew(potentially with cloning shenanigans), replace the crew who have been eaten by amy, or adapt to amy's new strategy to help bolster the company 'body' with a lot of 'mergers' with other rival companies. with the episode either going with new status quo being set or Things returning somewhat to normal.

I mean if I do recall, the professor has made a cloning machine, so unless Amy broke/tampered with it or it has been conveniently forgotten for the sake of plot, the crew might not be permanently gone, but even then, considering Amy’s new…ass-perations, there should be plenty of opportunities for people to add to the new company ‘body’ that is amy Wong.
