Frank’s last minute effort to find a Halloween costume for a party led to a pretty questionable decision. Drunk, stupid, and half swallowed by a sea lion is no way to go through life, son.

More specifically, it’s only smart at one particular friendly beach. And this didn’t happen at that beach. The good news is the fraternity got a mascot/pet sea lion out of the deal. They named it Jeff after the guy it digested. 83

Frank pulled the sea lion over himself to serve as a costume. This initially worked out great but eventually ended the way you would expect.
