Get a hold of yourself Chich! There's got to be an explanation for this!

The young girl in glasses bit her lip as she peered over her shoulder, gasping as she again spied those two giant wobbling orbs poking out from her backside. Her shock over her sudden enlargement of her bottom only broken when she heard, and felt, the audible groaning coming from her middle.

“O-Oh my...” Was all the Princess could say, her utter disbelief over her current rotund form. She was at a loss for words at why exactly she looked like an inflated Bombadgy, her stomach a bloated round ball of squishy fat that jutted out from her belly like a doughy torpedo.

“Lady Fiorayne! Are you there? Hello!” Chichae tried calling out again, but received no response from her loyal knight, or anyone else in the seemingly empty Elgado outpost for that matter. Only her blimp of a middle seemed to answer her, rumbling loudly again angrily at its owner to fill it.

“Oh hush! This is no time to be thinking about food!” The young Princess hushed, scolding her belly. But now that she thought about it, she really hadn't had anything to eat before she had blacked out. Even though she looked like a fattened butterball, she didn't recall eating anything. The last thing she had remembered was helping to prepare a celebratory feast for her friends that were visiting from Kamura Village.

She recalled feeling fine when Hinoa, Minoto, and Komitsu had greeted her, with the small girl practically leaping toward her for a big hug. After that they had left to spend some time in the fields outside Elgado while everything was being prepared. Chichae did remember feeling a bit funny while she was helping set up everything, but she chalked it up to the excitement of it all. It wasn't her fault at all that she didn't know that she was beginning to suffer from the effects of the Frenzy virus.

Being a sheltered princess, having been used to living inside a lonely castle, Chichae had spent years bottling her feelings inside. It wasn't until she begged her mother to help her friends at the Elgado output that she truly felt that she was being of use to her kingdom. But those pent up feelings never really went away, and as the infecting spread through her, those desires only welled up until they were a furnace bubbling for release.

Those that had risked their lives for the Queen's daughter and the kingdom only served to become a part of it by the day's end. None were aware just how ravenous a princess could be, and none were prepared by the frenzied voraciousness of Chichae as she dove upon them like a starved beast, all demure nobility lost as the once bashfully shy girl with the dimpled caring girl was transformed into a man-eating demon that ignored the terrified screams of her own people as she mindlessly devoured them.

Not even her most trusted friend, Dame Fiorayne was spared, sent screaming and kicking down her own princess's gullet as she tried to desperately reason with her. Before the sun even had time to reach the horizon, Elgado Outpost was made into a lifeless hub, with only the horrid sight of a girl, massively glutted on the people she had sworn an oath to defend.

But Princess Chichae, in that moment while in the hold of the Frenzy, didn't care. Only the elated feelings of satiety, of being so blisteringly gorged to the point of bursting, was what she was basking in. It was no wonder why her stomach currently now looked so fattened, that the reason why she was carrying around such a cumbersome heavy potbelly was that mere hours before her belly was a monstrous giant dome of death, so huge that she hanged uselessly from it like an engorged tick.

It was most fortunate that she retained no memories of the ghastly affair, as Chichae could not live with herself if she knew that she had mercilessly digested everyone she ever knew. That while she was so distended and immobile, that her face had the most contented smile she had ever had, as she reveled in how her stomach brutally churned everyone inside. That she moaned at the sensation of pleasing warmth coming from the pit of her belly as it grew hotter and hotter from the swirling broth of dozens of melting victims, including even a Great Jagras that had been captured and was brought to the Outpost. Or possibly the worst of it, how she giggled at her dear friend Fiorayne's last words before her uncaring stomach claimed her too, reducing her to little more than the soft padding she was right now lugging around on her rump.

So lost in her worry, that Chichae almost didn't hear the soft voice of Komitsu calling for her.

“K-Komitsu! Is that really you?” Chichae gasped upon seeing her friend as she waddled into the Outpost from outside. The once small girl looked bloated as she was, barely able to stand as she carried around a midriff that rivaled her own body's height.

“I couldn't find Hinoa and Minoto anywhere...” Komitsu pouted as she pawed the sides of her expanded middle. “So I got worried and came back...”

“I-I'm worried too.” Chichae said, trying her best to not sound too scared, so she wouldn't worry the poor girl further. “But I'm sure there's a reason for everyone's sudden disappearance.”

“Really?”

Chichae nodded, though she knew she had little to no explanation of this sudden mysterious calamity. “Yes. A transport ship carrying goods should be arriving at the docks soon. We can inform them of what's going on, and they can escort us back to where my mother the Queen is at. She can help with what's going on I'm sure of it!”

“Okay...” Komitsu quietly responded as she was lead inside so they could relax. The two young large butterballs of flab were going to be an odd sight to be sure for the approaching sailors once they reached Elgado.

Yes, mother will definitely be able to help. Chichae reassured herself as she waddled alongside Komitsu, but failed to notice how her stomach growled at the thought of the Queen...
