For all the build-up and anticipation, Discord’s marking process proved rather uneventful, as he casually scanned over the slimy things his students had spat out. Each prismatic pellet only getting a matter of moments to impress the draconequus, who seemed to need only a few cursory glances to give each bolus of indigestibles a definitive grade. The stand-in assistant-headmare keeping up his formal appearances, though just from how fast and efficient his method of marking was, it was beyond transparent his appraisal was little more than a formality, as like gym class the only meaningful criteria to succeed was to simply show up and make some sort of effort. Due to this low level of entry, the twisted teacher was able to review what had been regurgitated with a few passing notes, that focused on the most superficial features of the hocked-up hairballs.

Discord jotting down but a few brief bullet points, as he swiftly brushing through the dollops of fur and bone with a perfunctory passion. The briskness of the desultory display somewhat off-putting, as Discord's disinterest carried into how he evaluated the important facets of each cooling lump of ex-equine leavings before him. The demented deity mumbling to himself with each stroke of the quill, as he composed himself with the air of an insane intellectual, though the haste of each examination was enough for the more critical Ocellus to voice her concern regarding the integrity of his scoring system. The grade-oriented changeling ever curious, and as such she was quick to question how details of digestion, she had no control over would affect her placing in the class, and more importantly her overall grade, seeing as without the powers of an interdimensional god the criteria were just empty words, that were only attainable through a matter of chance.

"How can you grade something that has so many biological variables? It doesn’t seem particularly fai….." she began, only to pause as she was presented with her filled-in score sheet, which had a perfect 100% across the board, easily granting her an A+. The academically inclined shapeshifter letting out a surprised “oop” at the glowing score, as without another word she retracted her statement, simply pleased to have yet again excelled in another class. The cheerful chatter behind her informing her that everyone else had passed, as doubtless, her pleased peers had already begun comparing their results to see who had done the best. Ocellus turning to see a beaming Silverstream, who along with the rest of her grinning friends seemed just as enthused about her final grade as the blue mimic. These jovial murmurs mumbling for a few smile-laced seconds like a joyful white noise, before with grades given, Discord decided to wrap up this little extracurricular exercise.

“If everyone is happy with assessment of your projects, it's now time to clean up the testing area,” announced Discord in a booming voice that instantly drew every creature’s attention to him. The draconequus exaggerated mannerisms on full show, as without waiting for a response, he flicked his fingers, summoning a swirling aura of magic that rapidly enveloped the room in a mystical mist….
