Vicky's stomach is going to be so stretched, and she will probably have a hard time moving with all the meat inside her. Dragging her stomach over rough ground, or a sharp rock probably wouldn't feel good.

Well... I know that in Azeroth, ressurecting is something in the realm of possibilities.
Does the digested girls is able to revive at some point with a cleric's help?

Priests and paladins etc. can only resurrect someone if that person has recently died and there is still a body. Once the body has decayed the resurrection spell is no longer possible, and since both girls are about to be completely digested there won't be anything left to resurrect, so their deaths will be permanent.
