I think the level of polish and detail it had lent itself well to the tone and feeling of the comic. The rougher nature made the casual disregard for life that much more palpable imo. Still, I enjoy your current level of skill all the same <3

Yeah, the scratchiness of it adds imho. But that could be nostalgia talking. This comic in its original form wandering between ekas reposts from 4Chan holds a special place for me.

Years ago, I saw a repost of this comic somewhere else, but my attempt to find the source of it was what led me to finding this site in the first place. The scratchiness of the comic is, in my opinion, also what gives it a lot of its charm -- and that it still holds up even today is something to be very proud of. It's very cool to see them in your updated style regardless.

I sure liked this Roommates story of yours back then and now. Its not only the art, its the casual nature of the vore activity. If you are thinking of redoing it, fine, But here's a thought, after scene 8, and she gets new roomies, they have an event like this one but one of her roomies is casually unbirthed after new, to them, vore techniques are being discussed. She goes nuts for it when that ex-roommate becomes a stain on the carpet when she is gushed out. Then she becomes another stain.

Just a thought...

You've gotta be real with yourself.
The sloppiness doesn't really matter when you actually have a finished comic in the end.
People tried to say the same thing about Akira Toriyama when comparing Dragon Ball with Dragon Quest.
One is a storyboard with a complete narrative behind it, the other focuses on a single key moment without having to convey a beginning, middle, or end.

People don't read the comic 100% on the style alone.
People read because the story is great. And you make great stories! XD

i can definitely tell a big differnce proportions sizes are more accurate, You're shade and lighting definitely has improved and your story telling has much more detail in it. You should be proud of yourself.

Art aside (I like it just fine personally), Roomies is a kind of nostalgic comic for me. I think it was one of the first projects I saw when I first discovered vore and the site years ago, and the casual feeling you gave to vore definitely made it stick out over everything else at the time, at least to me. So glad you've kept working and making incredible art since then... so thank you!
