The
stomach tightens on your already compressed body as what small
pockets of air exist inside the caustic chamber rush back up your
devourer’s throat, let out in the form of a gaseous belch moments
later. To put it lightly, today hasn’t been the best day for you.
What was supposed to be an easy job putting down a ragtag group of
bandits quickly went south when your party of mercenaries angered the
local city’s guard…or more accurately, your party’s
temperamental fighter angered them
