The
day was starting off nicely for the big dog. A late wakeup and a
shower to start, and not a lot that he was expected to do
today. No work and even less chores, which meant the big lug could
simply be his usual lazy, indulgent self and sprawl on the couch for
a time. He had just gotten the sofa set up just the way he'd liked
it, and was starting to think about coffee when he heard the knock at
