Alright, you get a choice of 2-3 more provinces if you want. Those ones are: Province of Bellies, Province of Weight, Province of Apron Belly, Belly to Hip Ratio, Overhanging belly, Province of Glamor, Province of Slobs, Province of Love, and Province of Friends.
If not, you'll get the title of Earl or Count with 1 province.
