That teacher isn't the brightest. cannibalism is very illegal, but it is the act of eating the flesh, not the whole pie. Which is not illegal as a lot of other people think it is impossible.

How is he even still talking? You'd think that he'd have already had his head and neck digested almost completely, or at the very least had his vocal cords damaged...Ah well, either way he won't be alive much longer by the looks of things~ How humiliating this must be, killed by a little girl's intestines...I can only imagine how he feels~ Other than the likely overwhelming pain that is.

I am not a native speaker so take this with a huge grain of salt, but here are my suggestions:

"This person was found as bone fragments buried in feces at B University, A-ku, Tokio on May 5." -> "This person's remains were found as bone fragments buried in feces at B University, A-ku, Tokio on May 5."

Generally on the english language, a person is different from his own corpse. You are no longer talking about "him", but about what is "left". The body is an object that belongs to him, so to speak. What you wrote here could work, but something tells me it sounds a bit weird.

"The body is shrunk and badly damaged that it is difficult to identify it" -> "The body was shrunk and so badly damaged that it is difficult to identify it."

I'm not sure if changing the "is" for a "was" is necessary here, to be honest. But the "so" is necessary if you want to use the word "that" in this case.

"If you know someone who was working/studying at the university, and one's whereabouts since then are unknow, please contact the following agencies." -> "If you know someone who was working/studying at the university, and whose whereabouts since then are unknown, please contact the following agencies."

"One" is *very* rarely used as pronoun, and it means something akin to "a person", or "a man", or sometimes "I". None of these apply here, so it cannot be used. "Whose" refers to the "owner" of a thing, in a similar vein to "who". And because english is funny that way, "whereabouts" is treated as an object, with an owner. It is "his" whereabouts, so the question is "whose".

I hope this helps, but once again my native language is not english so maybe I'm missing something obvious or overcompensating on something trivial.
