Thank you, I'm glad you like them! As for tips...I honestly don't know. I don't have any special advice, and besides that I haven't written a story in nearly a year thanks to work and a bitch of a case of writer's block. Only thing I can say is to try and write as often as you can, and if you think of a particularly engaging scenario or turn of phrase or line of dialogue write it down as quick as you can

Also -- if you're feeling bad about a draft, don't just delete it. Once or twice I've done that, figured out a way to make it work, then wound up giving up again when I found I couldn't recreate the deleted text it in a way that satisfied me
