Okay, two things:
One, this page is too cute.
Two, the "no name till you're an adult" thing makes me think of a cowboy troll because of the man with no name.

the stone dream is what the trolls call death, you may have noticed the rocky scales on the arms and legs of the trolls, these continue to grow even when the troll has died, effectively petrifying the the body into a stone bolder (trolls see it as more of a deep sleep that returns you to the earth, forever to dream). rumors say that some of the mountains are actually very old trolls. whether or not that's true no one can say.

The system is interpreting page 10 to be the second page in this order. It looks like you're going to have to rename each page, ndnode, into "Rita's Island - Chapter 1 - page 01", " ... page 02" " ... page 03", and etcetera. Hopefully you don't have 100+ pages in Chapter 1, else everything would have to read 001, 002, 003... :P
