Bit of a simple one, but the idea was a belly haunted by meals past~
Jet won the raffle for the living girl, her OC Arina
Idol Monkey won the first ghost girl, choosing Rem from RE:Zero
Slugbutt won the second ghost, their OC Lucy
And Alternoct won the final ghost, giving it to Zalzas, who chose Zaniah's mother (Who, with the facts of being canonically eaten by Aesirko, +Rem being there, sort of wound up making this Aesirko's tum.)

So what is the story behind this pic? I would normally think that the souls would leave on or be absorbed into the pred but not like this. Is there more to this than what I'm seeing or am I over thinking this?

Though, this is not so far off the story if one might think.
------ Spoiler Alert for RE:Zero Season 2----
Will just be her Name/Memories (Soul?), but an Archbishop of Gluttony erased her from everyones memories by eating that. (Leaving only a soulless frozen in time body)
In the books they shall be able can bring out eaten personalities to torture them even. So basically the plot will be, rescue best Maid from stomach. ... The Author really is cruel XD

Now THAT is a neat idea for soul vore!
Digested souls are absorbed, trapping them and making them haunt the stomach for the rest of the pred's life. They get the new residents ready for an afterlife of greeting new prey, and therefore new inhabitants, of the pred's big belly.
At least fhey have each other.
I can imagine them doing lewd things to pass the time, it beung like nonstop sex for however long the pred's life is. Can be a very long if the soul-munching pred has a ridiculously long life span.
