I do have to agree with MAS though. Rarity or Twilight. I just have preferences towards non fatal. But I think that Fluttershy already had a story exactly like that.

I can't decide between Pinkie's and Rarity's.
Applejack's is just so blatantly simple and as they point out, done before, so no on that.
Rainbow's sounds fun and all, and I'd love to see you do cock-vore, but I have to say that some "frills" make the "thrills" better.
Twilight's is...probably one I wouldn't mind seeing, but not the one that really gets my attention. Rarity's simply displays more of everything I like in comparison even if Twilight's is interesting.
Fluttershy...I feel bad for her, especially since she's going to be eaten in two of the scenarios and that isn't her thing, but as takugenji said that exact idea has been done before, the only difference being the motivation for Harry eating her. I admittedly am also not into non-fatal in most cases, so there's that. I must agree with Pinkie, it is a hot and cute idea (like the mare who made it!) and I'm sure you'd find a way to make it interesting Albany!

Pinkie's idea is a good one. Gives the viewer a nice look at the progress, and better sound than from the outside so they would actually know how Pinkie feel about her final moments. Maybe she's happy about it, maybe she really regrets it and wants it to end. No muffled sounds from the outside.

Not sure I see how Twilight's proposal can win, in-story. Rainbow, AJ and Pinkie all have other ones that they like more; and Fluttershy doesn't want any of her friends to die.
That said, Fluttershy's. I'm a sucker for happy endings, even in a context that makes no sense as presented.

It'd be odd if neither noticed what they actually agreed to; but you're the author.
Which would be hotter, though? Rarity convincing Fluttershy to keep the agreement even though she hadn't meant to make it? Or Fluttershy going to Rarity's to keep it, finding out that Rarity hadn't mean it that way at all, but ending up doing it anyway just to make completely sure that Rarity's happy and not disappointed?

Thinking further, if Twi and Rarity can get the funds together they might also end up doing Twilight's idea regardless of the vote (though possibly with some creative compromises). After which, Rarity and Pinkie both seem pretty interested in becoming pegasus cum. Then the only question left is whether Rainbow and AJ can agree on whether the latter should be manure or cum.

Up to you what you think is most interesting. Personally, I'd be at least equally interested in a story explaining why all of that didn't happen.
Rainbow seems to be winning the vote regardless, though; which would just leave the question of what she does next. I wonder what her relationships with Gilda, Scootaloo, the Wonderbolts, and her parents are like in this setting (if it can be considered coherent enough to be called that).

Seems to me like Rainbow's idea is the only one creating mutual exclusivity to begin with, and it could just be amended to cockvoring the ones left at the end.
Potential timeline:
Harry eats Fluttershy.

Discord the 50 foot whatever eats Pinkie, helps save Fluttershy.

Further thoughts on this are that it may need some diversification of vore methods and spicing up. Rarity's bit stands out as being rather redundant.
