Think a clone in one of the other tanks broke out and is hungry for stuffed Annies, maybe a accidental mixed Nessa and Melony clone that looks like the two combined?

Not to put any words in BIGBIG's mouth but you can see the outline of a pokegirl ball, so I'm assuming that's the reasoning.
