You know dreams can tell us something about ourselves. So even something like this can tell us something. From what I can tell from it, not only being her deepest and confused feelings she has towards Orion. But likely her consciousness is trying to tell her that she needs to start being a better person or else Orion might start adopting those bad behaviors. Does she need to stop eating people in general? Heck no, she just needs to stop being a jerk who eat innocent people that she either dates or is taking care of.

come to think of it, i'm not sure we have proper character bios of either Luna or Orion. personally, i think it'd be pretty interesting to see learn WHY Luna goes around eating people--is she doing it just because she can, or is there some more significant reason?

Since it is a dream, it implies that someone did swallow her head by the past (you can't dream someone you didn't experienced, since it is the brain using memories to create thoughts as you dream) so question is, who, how, and when?

I have never realized how terrifying Orion can be, it might have been a dream, but in retrospective he's consistently a creep; his debut doesn't seem as pure as it did when we barely knew him.
