I
was on the elevator at work. It was the sort of thing I'd done a
dozen times that day, there wasn't anything special about it. Our
building was 45 stories tall and honestly didn't have a whole lot of
floor space on each floor, so you tended to spend a lot of time on
the elevator. Right now there were three people on the elevator with
me, which was a bit much for the smallish elevator car, but again,
one gets used to such things after a few weeks. We'd all gotten on at

Tibith slowly tottered home from the
bar. As he got close to his small, modernized cave, he tried to
recall the events that occurred at the bar. His mind tried to spark
itself, but failed. It was like trying to light wet paper in water
with flint and no steel. All he could remember was a beautiful canine
woman who seemed to have disappeared. He got to his door, fumbled

The giantess sat down in the middle of the deserted street.
