I'm kinda bad at explaining stuff, but I'll try my best here
So I start off the w/ the head, making a square then buikding the head shape. Then I make a neck, two curving lines. Then for the breasts, I make a sideways oval and then making the fat rolls on each side so I know the legs are prorpotional. Then I make the big belly, I start with an oval, and then I start building the rolls, like a pancake stack.
