You drive your patrol car into the parking lot of the skyscraper office building, following up a report of a fire alarm there. You enter the building, and the security man reports that it was a false alarm and that he called it in.
Shrugging, you go back out to your car. As you unlock the door, a body smashes into the hood from above. You shout in shock and surprise, pulling your service revolver. Looking at the body, you notice that it is not human: its skin is roynish and ruddy red, and it has a short but distinct pair of horns on its forehead. A large message scrawled on a sheet of copy paper has been pinned to its chest. It reads:
"Welcome to the party, pal!"
While reading that, a second body crashes through your car's roof, causing you to accidentally discharge your weapon. This body looks the same as the first, with a similar sheet of copy paper pinned to its chest, except it reads:
"I mean, thank you for the favorite.
"Please disregard the previous demon."

Zōēā blinks, then looks directly at where you are hiding. "Are you watching me?"
Before you can answer, she smiles and adds, "Do you like what you see?"
