Scammers are getting terrifyingly good, and are abusing Paypals systems to use a legit form, to turn it into way to steal your account by redirecting the password reset message to them somehow.
To be honest you should terrified of any email, from any source asking for anything these days.
and I just found out yesterday that there is now a scam as a service which tricks your email service into telling them what scam email to use when they send a single email to everyone, so individually they can be specific automatically, and chase now sells of your credit purchase history so they can make more money unless you opt out with some over complicated trap ridden method.
