Then Sakura escapes Hinata's belly, and Sakura, Ino and Tenten all eat Hinata, then Ino escapes Sakura's belly and Ino, Tenten and Hinata all eat Sakura, then Tenten escapes Ino's belly and Tenten, Hinata and Sakura eat Ino, then Hinata escapes Tenten's belly and Hinata, Sakura and Ino eat Tenten, ad infinitum. That or Hinata just digests them all and becomes a BBW.
