Just out of curiosity I wanted to try out some ponies. Never seen the show, not my type of thing, but those damn ponies are quite fun to draw because of how simple they are. Also I don't know these characters at all (just all I saw from google images), I just decided to choose that pony because I like color blue. Blue is awesome ^-^

For your first time drawing ponies, you did pretty damn good!
Also...
They aren't enemies as such. Applejack (orange) is one of the main characters, an honest, hard-working farm girl who lives and works at the family apple farm between adventures.
Trixie (blue) is a minor, but extremely popular, antagonist who's mainly concerned with Twilight Sparkle. She's a stage magician with an ego the size of the moon who's accidentally caused a near catastrophe twice. First time her boasting (lying) about defeating a deadly monster caused the two local idiots, who had fallen for her, to find what turned out to be a cub of said deadly monster, said cub tearing up the town. Twilight stopped it rather handily.
The second time, desperate to prove herself stronger than Twilight, she bought an ancient evil amulet from a curio store. It enhanced her power... and also drove her completely insane, turning her into a supervillain. Twilight used stage magic, Trixie's own talent, to trick Trixie into removing the amulet. Feeling contrite after her second defeat, Trixie agreed to reform.

the great and powerful trixe shall have more added too her form!!! muahaha lol i find that too be her sentence here and racor you like drawing blue ponys you do them very very well could i make a suggestion? try drawing princess luna or nightmare moon there both the same pony lol but ones good and ones evil and there both blue and my fav pony :P thought you might like it :3

Oh dayum! It's pretty nice from you for trying some ponies even if they aren't your thing, and I agree, they are pretty easy to draw.
By the way if you want to know more about those characters I can give you a tiny resume:
-Applejack, the orange pony is a farmer, loves apples and working hard.
-Trixie, the blue pony is a magician, loves to boast about her supposed unmatched magical abilities and loves to humiliate her oponents when they defy her on stage.
One of the good things about Trixie is that she makes a great pred, as she can use her "magic tricks" to make other ponies dissapear in her gut and besides that, I am pretty sure she'd be the kind of pony/person who would love display her stuffed stomach to the crowd so they can admire her still squirming belly.

This style of pony (meaning, those kind of like their normal design) doesn't normally work for me, but this is so well rendered that is' pretty awesome.

Everything is fine but you REALLY need to work on proper anatomy... more specifically leg anatomy. They are ponies, i.e. equines, their legs don't bend like that! You drew a human-monkey-equine hybrid right here, not a pony.
I strongly suggest Googling up some IRL horses or more MLP fanart to see how their rear legs should bend. Well, that and overall body structure with muscle groups. I don't know about you, but to me elbows and other human anatomy look really creepy on ponies.

whoops, I guess I wasn't paying much attention on that. I have mostly drawn humans for the past almost 3 years now so I guess the human anatomy is just stuck in my mind. Gotta remember that the next time I draw more animal forms :D

Looks pretty good! Although, man those legs make me cringe. Simple anatomy issue, but I've gotten used to seeing them bend like normal horses; seeing them bend like that looks painful.

I'm not gonna lie, I would find it SUPER AMAZING if you did decide to do more ponies in the future! I've always been a fan of your style, and now you're doing my favorite series as well!

very nicely done, especially for not knowing much about the show at all~
I have always respected the show for its kindess and lessons even if it is childish sometimes. but it is not for everyone~ Glad to see you can draw it so nicely though :3
