Edit: Check out this awesome Illustration by Nalzindar: Earth Girls Are Edible
On Halloween night, a cheery blue alien girl commentates a 'nature documentary' set on earth, which involves voracious alien creatures upon the unsuspecting, costume-clad females of earth. This time we observe a swarm of frog/lizard type predators, with sticky tongues and the uncanny ability to shrink prey to tiny size for easy consumption.
This one was a long time in coming. I intended to have this finished looong ago, but for whatever reason it's proven incredibly hard to get it to where I'm satisfied. I'm still not 100% sure about this chapter, to be honest. I think there are some really good bits, but it also probably gets too repetitive and formulaic in places. But I've struggled with this one long enough I've just gotta put it out there and move on. xD At least the theme tiny predators with shrinking powers is pretty original and unusual!
One question: do people still actually want me to write the 3rd and final part of this series? With a killer blob eating up sexy Asian pop-stars by the dozens? Lemme know if I should see this through, or if everyone is tired of it I and should put it on the back-burner, like I did with the Weird Science series. I have lots of things I'm trying to write, with very limited time, so I might as well try and do the stuff others will enjoy too!

I don't comment often but i would love to see part 3 been waiting since it was hinted at and Weird Science ending suddenly always bummed me out a bit .

Thanks, glad you like and would like to see part 3!
Yeah, I admit I kinda dropped the Weird Science series when the most recent installment received very little attention. It's probably not healthy to focus on crowd-pleasing so much, but the positive reinforcement/encouragement really does hugely boost my inspiration, like it or not. xD
That said, I am planning a shorter little 'spin-off' in my Weird Science setting, where Susan Shyle uses some sexy interns as bait to recapture some escaped creature or other.

Please do continue!
...also, I think a funny twist with our blue skinned friend being eaten, or almost eaten if she has a malfunction of her disguise equipment would be hilarious....

Glad you liked it enough to want part 3! :D
I dunno if Avrinn the alien hostess is in too much danger though: her protection is pretty high-tech, and she's been doing the show for quite a while. It would take something pretty unexpected to successfully devour her sexy self. ;3

I just happened to read through the other comments... Im finding it amusing how many people are suggesting that Avrinn should or should not get eaten.
I hope that doesnt frustrate you or you feel forced to make the outcome in either direction. If you continue the story I'd be happy!
I guess take it to mean your readers are really getting into this one!

Yeah, I must admit I was very pleased to see so many folks having opinions on the matter of Avrinn's edibility. xD As you say, it just means people are getting into it, which I'm always happy to see.
And no worries, I don't feel pressured one way or the other. I'll do what I think works best, and copious amounts of vore shall happen, regardless of Arvinn's ultimate fate.

Well tbh, it's not really my series so I would't be sad if it was delayed. Still, if other people enjoy it that much I don't want to make them wait ^^;
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
Yeah, that's fair. Not everything I do is gonna be for everyone. You'd rather see some more of Pipril & Uoonna doing their voracious thing, I'd expect? ;P
That said, I do have plenty of giantess-related stuff in the works too, so hopefully I'll have something that appeals to you soon(ish) as well.

You really know the drill x3 But as I said, do what ever you are most interested in :)
My time will come... someday.

A lovely story with some nice descriptions Prinnydood. As for whether you should continue this or go onto the Weird Science series ... I'm not sure really! I can't decide either one to be honest.
(Oh, and one more thing. I really do hope that Avrinn doesn't get eaten. I mean, so many girls get chomped, you might as well let one or two live right?)

Thanks! :D
Honestly, Weird Science got put of 'indefinite hiatus' due to the most recent part getting a pretty lukewarm reception, so I'm afraid I'm unlikely to pick the overwrought 'main' plot back up anytime soon regardless. On the up side, I am planning to do a short little 'spin-off' where Susan Shyle uses sexy interns as bait to recapture some escaped creature, so the series might continue in that way, in a more manageable, 'episodic' form.
I wouldn't worry too much about Avrinn: her protection is pretty high-tech, and she's been hosting the show for some time.

But that’s all the more reason she might get eaten! Her gear isn’t high tech, it isn’t powered by effective engineering, it isn’t backed by high precision manufacturing and a maintenance regime, it’s backed by you PD. You, the author, are the sole decider of whether it works or not. Doesn’t matter if it’s never failed in several centuries, if you decide it will fail, it will fail. You’re the author after all.
And isn’t it that the more ‘safe’ someone appears to be, the greater the odds she’ll be plucked from her throne of safety and gobbled up?

Hmm, you do make a persuasive argument there . . . wait, I thought you you said you were hoping she doesn't get eaten? ;P
But seriously, sometimes one of my biggest blocks is trying to come up with a satisfying (for me) explanation of how things go bad for the prey. Was gonna do a sequel to Cheerleaders in Space, where the purple alien girl + her sisters get eaten, but I wanted them to utilize some high-tech stuff to make it harder on the space-lizard . . . and then I got stuck trying to figure out a satisfying way for the space-lizard to overcome that. Proving I am too much of a nerd for my own good.
But yeah, in truth I haven't actually decided for certain, but if I can't come up with something better than 'a bug in the system' or whatever, no nomming for Avrinn.

Hey, I wasn't trying to convince you, I was just trying to describe the control you as an author held over the narrative, and point out a very obvious trope.
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
Ha, I know, but you have to admit, out of context it does kinda look like an argument for her to be eaten. ;P

A great continuation, it was definitively plenty of sexy meals for the alien creatures this time with plenty of wonderful descriptions^^
If you aren't 100% satisfied then you certainly managed to satisfy me (but if you feel it is a bit repetitive then you don't have to write this long, you are performing 110% from the very first paragraphs so don't worry!)
However, if you decide to entertain us with a last story,I would love to see Avrinn being gobbled up herself in the finale and give her loyal viewer (readers...) a real inside story :3
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
Thanks! I'm glad you liked, and didn't feel like it was overly repetitive. :D
I dunno if Avrinn the alien hostess is in much danger though: her protection is pretty high-tech, and she's been doing the show for many seasons. It would take something truly unusual and unexpected to gobble her up successfully. :P

Hehe, it must be quite true that it must be something rather unusual to catch such a skilled hostess from this show... but you are quite the expert here when it comes to unusual and unexpected happenings that befall dangerously good-looking women! So therefore I guess I can only expect the unexpected in one way or another ;)
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
In truth, I haven't quite decided for sure one way or the other, so I guess we'll just have to see how it goes. ;3

I wasn't too sure about the whole shrinking thing at first, but to be honest, the young lizard settling down with its full little tummy, while Avrinn whispered excitedly about it to her viewers, was just adorable. And the caring parents, making sure that their young are well-fed!
I'm glad at least one girl ended up being spared, when the lizard who caught her was simply too full. It means we now have a tiny, shrunken young woman running around! Quite a bit of potential for further adventures there. :p Plus, I like there to be survivors, if only because it maintains some suspense.
And I'm firmly in the "Avrinn herself should survive" camp. She's a professional; she knows what she's doing. And she's just irrepressibly joyful about her job, to the understandable dismay of the humans she encounters!
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
Yeah, I must admit I struggled a lot with the size-change aspects. A lot of it never quite 'clicked' for some reason. At least it's some practice if/when I decide to write more fairy-vore. xD
I do agree. Survivors every now and then are important for maintaining uncertainty, and thus tension.
I really have rather grown to like Avrinn. And in honesty, the possibility of bringing her back for further stories is strong argument for keeping her around and undigested.

Tell me more about this Avrinn lady. >crosses arms< You have a solemn responsibility as a writer to divulge who she really is.
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
Haha, if you insist:
Avrinn is from a species of sexy blue alien women (it's as plausible any anything else I write, dammit! xD), who are some of the most technologically advanced in the Milky Way.
Their super-sweet science means they live (and remain physically young) for thousands of years, can zoom around the galaxy on a whim, and are basically safe from (almost) all of the numerous, voracious woman-eating lifeforms that infest the Milky Way.
They have a few rules related to interacting with 'underdeveloped' races, but are otherwise pretty free to do whatever the heck they like.
Avrinn Loda hosts a reality/nature show, where she introduces horrific, hungry alien predators onto various less-advanced worlds (which doesn't break the 'no-interaction' rule due to loopholes), and then films the results.
She also really enjoys watching sexy women get devoured alive by various alien creatures.
Posted by longwayofftiff 6 years ago Report
That's pretty horrible hehe. Sounds like she would be in the foe category. She may be out of my league though in terms of capabilities, but the jury is still out on that one!
Posted by PrinnyDood 6 years ago Report
She can certainly come off as a bit of a meanie, from the perspective of the girls she films. xD
She almost certainly has a ton of far more advanced tech than you, but she's no fighter by any definition - she's a television personality. Plus, if you showed up and started blowing up her creatures, even if she was safe from your weapons, she's not allowed to interfere and stop you from exterminating the predators - she can only film the events as they unfold.

Ah, that IS rather interesting isn't it?
