It would be a challenge, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. You'd certainly need much bigger molds than most people are able to work with. I don't think I've ever seen a silicone object of that size before. It would certainly be expensive and require a lot of trial and error.

Some kind of large cloth thing would probably be easier to do. It could basically be a big plushie or cloth bag. Draw string holes look a lot like sphincters,after all. Plus, cloth is less likely to suffocate you.

Oh sure, there are definitely easier and safer ways to go about making a sex toy. I’m just speculating about the possibility. If you could do it and do it safely it would probably feel pretty close to real thing, much more than a cloth version. It would also be very uncomfortable, way too hot, and probably slimy because you’d need to use a lot of lube to get inside, but the genuine article would probably be a lot like that too.

A rubber one might be better because it'd probably feel more real and you could use two tube and a respirator or gas mask to breath through them, and if possible definitely make the outer layer more firm and the inside very stretchy so you get in and stuff but also have that firmness holding you.
