These terms are synonymous tbf. Though sometimes killer isn't given much of a choice, so it's the last resort to get at least 1k with you. And possibly bait altruistic players.

Otzdrava's vore build on Sadako does make her seem op as hell. Nerf pls.

I would wrote hundreds on thousands of words to describe DbD community. Yui DCing, however speaks volumes.

Now onto the pic: I could neve imagine you drawing DbD pic (or hell, even you playing it) and you made my day with this one. Sadako just weirdly fits role of the pred so well, my love for ghost preds is immeasurable. Curious addition of the red eyes, adds overall creepiness. Belly shape and clothes wrapping around bloated gut... How do you do that ? It looks so nice ! Long black hair and her floating along with big booba (supposedly half digested Yui before she DCed) are all good character design choices here.
I've seen other artists' attempt at digestion icons and yours is my favourite thus far. Lovely how all three preys depict different stages of being nammed - Claire who just arrived not believing what just happened; Kate fighting for her life after the shock and Mikaela settling in.
Nice spooky red background as well, it's fitting.

Whose glasses are those at the bottom right of the pic ? Funny hook charms you choose heh.

In under an hour after you posted this so many comments were made (by other great artists as well) and for a reason, people really starved for your content and DBD pic is surely a nice addition to your collection. Can only hope for more of DbD girls in the future :)
