I like 1 and 4. They seem the most intimidating, which a big buff dragon would probably appear to be for most people. I like deceptive appearances

Well 2 and 4 accentuate his awkwardness by drawing away from him, 4 even comes back like it's an unsure awkwardness. 5 also works just by being small, which will be a contrast to his buff body. 6 works too, but having no horns means there isn't really a contrast. 1 looks big, but still not imposing, which would work well with a big goof.
My favourite's 4, those ones even look like they'd get hooked on your mouth while you're eating him, just to make the whole situation even more awkward.

Have him be #6, but use the other horns as horn-wigs he wears to cover his bald spot, so you can change them whenever you want.

the stomach's gonna want the shortest distance between the stretch points, rather than always reaching back inwards. I imagine that the skin would stretch from the horns, to the wing, rather than hugging the demons neck. Im no expert, but thats how id imagine it.
