I'm sorry I've been gone for so long everyone and I hate that I'm reaching out like this but my mental health has been absolute garbage over the past several months and I need to finally start taking steps to get help so I can get back to my old self.
The first thing I've realized is that I need back on medication.
Some of you already know, others may not, but I suffer from severe depression, anxiety, and ptsd. The past several months of quarantine I've slowly declined. Everything I looked forward to this year, every thing that brought me joy, it has all been crushed due to Covid and unfortunately I also live in the US where every time you turn around something horrible is happening and that really doesn't help my already horrible mental state.
