So many great things going on here! I love imagining her squeezing herself on and off the bus, big belly bumping people sitting in the aisles as she walks by.

If you do decide to continue with it...

What if she is returning to her apartment (after making a meal of a couple of the more touchy passengers on the bus), but is now too large to fit through the entrance? Or she finds herself wedged in with a couple of other residents into the tiny apartment elevator, crouching because she is too tall now and her swollen belly and tits have the other passengers trapped, smothered.
