Part 3: Going Home
He was waking up again, though more gradually than before and with less of the disorientation at awakening in an unusual setting. The minotaur's body, still present against his own, felt warm and comforting, and the texture and softness of the bed now felt strangely familiar, as though he had awoken upon it all his life. He'd been sleeping for awhile, he could tell that much even if he did not know just how long. Bartaugh wa

Part 2: Dinner and Entertainment
Dh'rath had a cruel expression on his face, crueler than Freynis had ever seen. It was the kind that went beyond domineering; the drow boy was showing true malice now, a willful desire to see harm occur.
Maybe, Freynis considered briefly, he had just never seen the boy smiling so cruelly up close. Or, perhaps, the effect was substantially enhanced by the drow's next taunt.

An old story of mine.
This story features consentual sexual contact between three adolescent (I can't say
teenage, because elves are supposed to age slowly, so they're probably in their twenties)
elf males and an adult minotaur. It also features the non-consentual roasting and eating
of one of the elves. A good time is had by all (except for the elf who is roasted).
If any of those themes aren't to your liking, you may not like this story.
One final note: I adapted this stor

Whew. This is the LONGEST story that I have ever written, topping Steamed Veggies in
length.
This story is a prequel to The Dinner Invitation. I actually have another prequel in mind,
chronologically set before this story, but I'll have to see about actually getting around to
writing it.
As with everything else I write, there's snuff and eating of people and also a little bit of
rape (not ALL of my stories have rape; in several of them all of the sex is consensual,

I'm not even going to bother with my standard disclaimers this time. Suffice to say, the story has tags, consider those tags to be accurate.
This story is part of the Bartaugh / Leyrar / Freynis series. Chronologically, it's the earliest in the series (I really haven't intended to go backward constantly, it just worked out that way) and it's almost certainly the earliest that I'll write in the series; anything else that I create for this scenario will come after this story. Tucked away in a small burrow, a rabbit
would lay awake, giving a small sigh as he munched on some clover.
He’d look to be if not a little sad. But why? He seemed to be quite
safe, and beside him laid a bag of food. Now. . . the food was
running a bit low, but, that wouldn’t seem to be particularly
disheartening. No. . . what was troubling the rabbit was not any
direct ‘necessity’, but instead the lack of company, which. . .
the rabbit would believe, to be just as basic of a necessity as

lifted her nose skyward and sniffed the air, her whiskers quivering.
Sensing the coast was clear (or at least pretending to), she’d

Jaabir’s
eyes opened a bit wide: He was going to have to let her out.
Sure
enough, his more reasonable instinct driven thoughts were screaming
out to him now: He had pushed them aside before. [‘You aren’t
hungry! Why did you eat!? That mouse won’t fit! You are going to
have to cough it back out!] Jaabir would shake his head and groan, he
just wanted to enjoy the sensation a little while longer, let her go
deeper. . . for her sake of course.

It
was towards the middle of the afternoon. A small brown lop-ear would
lay alone, not a soul near, shivering by a small pond. He wasn’t
cold. Oh no, the sun was shining out quite beautifully, a perfect day
with perfect weather. So why the shakes? How could he be afraid. . .
if there were no predators close by? He was afraid but not for
himself, for. . .”Lichthia. . .” he’d whisper softly, sighing.
He
was told by his friend, a mouse, that she would be leaving with a the

been before, that was good! Oh, and there was the sun, lower than
it’d been before. How long had she been asleep?
“Hey,

to look up at the rabbit. “Y’been here all this time?” she’d

It
was late in the morning, the sun having already begun to rise and
start to bring its warmth on the pond below. Its light would soon
reach below a large stone near the waters. A large open space where a
python made its residence.
A
snake wouldn’t be the only creature laying below the rock, in-fact
only one of three. Residing too within, would be a mouse and a
rabbit. Yet only the rabbit was awake.
The
brown lop-ear looked worried. He had woken hours ago and could not
see the mouse anywhere.

The
sun had sunk beneath the horizon, and the night sky was filling with
stars. Fur-clad, Lichthia was snuggled up in her favorite spot, atop
the sunning stone amidst the coils of the python. She was tired, had
been tired all day, but she’d also been her cheerful self again.
And she’d been busy! She’d cleaned up the soiled rags from her
game with Jaabir, along with her robes, and hung them up to dry.
She’d finally picked up the bunny fur and stored it away. The next

The
serpent would watch the two below him. Grinning to himself,
anticipating just what his mouse might have planned. A game? He
wasn’t so sure. Maybe something she just didn’t want the rabbit
to hear, he’d reason. In a way he felt a little sorry for the
bunny, but, he clearly was much less lonely than he would have been
otherwise. As Lichthia climbed up, Jaabir raised a portion of his
body as he always did, to make things easier on her. When she got
herself comfortable, he’d raise his he

few moments would pass, and Jaabir would look to the pond. The snake
didn’t have a very good sense of time, so he’d wait just a little
longer. . . before growing impatient and rationalize he waited long
enough. It shouldn’t take long for Lichthia to get the food ready:
Both the mouse’s and his. And so, he’d slither over to the pond
along the grass, approaching slowly and flicking his tongue through
the air. When the scent grew its strongest, just before the location
