SLAM
The
door shut as her heels clacked across the tile floor, each footfall
intentional and loud. The sharp sound announced her return to the
home. The wide walls and tiled floor created an ideal condition to
echo her entrance through the house. Her brow furrowed though as no
one greeted her. She left her suitcases at the door and continued to
the kitchen where her expression turned into a snarl as she spied the
conditions there.
