Yeah, it's like a pre-stomach of sorts for just storing food but not digesting it. It's found in a lot of birds, but not in all species of birds.

I'm not sure if it's ever seen better days, to be completely honest. It's always been pretty rough and poor. I'm sure there was a point when the region was in better shape, but I don't really know when that was, if ever.

More often than not, Nylea gets more humanoid servants of hers (like Tereese, actually!) to build equipment and supplies that she needs. She does have some ability to manipulate things with wind magic, and she does have limited ability to pick things up with her wings, though that's not really nimble enough to pick up or do anything that requires a finer touch.

Not really, actually... if I remember correctly, most harpies in Felarya have an affinity for wind magic, that being their natural element.

Nylea is a bit unique in that she knows a little fire magic that she learned from the succubi, so she can use the two in tandem for a particularly deadly way of pinning down prey. But aside from that, she's roughly on par with most of her fellow harpies.

Nah, she lives in a massive, underground cavern system within the mountains. It's pretty spacious, though, and some of the rooms have been carved out to look very regal. I'll have to show off, some day!
