Aaron stepped into the classroom, pulling the door shut behind him. The lock snapped into place, deadbolt sliding into it’s slot in the door frame. There was a lump in his throat, one built up from the long walk through the halls, from the fading sounds of the other students leaving for the day, from the final, thunderclap-sharp clack of the only entrance to the room sealing shut behind him.

That was the feeling I was going for. This deep, overwhelming sense of calm. This comfort in being completely subsumed and absorbed into the pred's body and being.

The funny thing was, not too long ago, I bought a bound edition of all of Lovecraft's stories. I may have read a bit of that before to get a sense of the 'flavor' and atmosphere of that kind of storytelling.
That and just... I like writing stories that sort of make reality fuzzy and uncertain. I've been listening to the podcast Alice Isn't Dead lately and it has that perfect blend of inhuman horrors and just a general atmosphere of a world that feels like the real world but just isn't quite it in a way that is unsettling. That's the kind of atmosphere I like to reproduce, I think, in writing.
It also intersects nicely with a lot of my spiritual thoughts about submission of self into a greater whole, and annihilation of the self, and so on. The idea of being pulled into an otherworldly being like Arasih is both deeply erotic and very spiritually satisfying to me.
So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that should I find time to do more writing, you can expect to see more like this from me. Maybe.

i wasnt really complaining and im terribly sorry if it sounded like that and as for the pay wall comment ......ive seen some people abuse patreon like that not saying you are i was mostly asking out of curiosity i was actually planning on getting some money together to pay for a few patrons on patreon( your one of them by the way) but due to bills and other things its ....kinda difficult and sometimes i dont get to see all fo your work which tends to be disheartening for me

This comic will be posted publicly; I promised that at the end of Sabina and the Spider - that the next Patron-supported comic would be shared publicly.
That said, when it costs only a few bucks a month to pledge to my Patreon and see the stuff 'behind a pay wall', then it's hard for me to feel sorry for you. Either pledge and get access to the content, or accept that you can't afford that access right now.
You have no right to complain when I ask for people to pay to enjoy my work, or beg me to release paid content publicly. It takes hours to produce a single comic page. The least you can do is put up a dollar or two to make it easier for me to continue producing original work like this.

Commission for darvidd2, who wanted to see a female character try to punch one of demonic pig monsters from the game Bloodborne, only to get sucked inside!
I figured Mukat was a good character for this because... Well... I like drawing bad things happening to hir. XD I tried to reproduce the dark, gloomy atmosphere of the game; creating such a shadowy environment was pretty challenging, actually!
