Yeah, between flash death and drive deleting it this may as well be Lost Media now (I didn't kept a copy of the recording, even if I was sure I did). I'm thinking about recreating it with other tools since i still have most of the assets I used, and it sure could use some improvements.

Honestly, to a hack term. You may as well see on downloading the pre-existing flash file, and convert it to an MP4 or close-enough format. That might be enough to save the lost media as it is. Or as an alternative, lead to it being viable for reverse-engineering and editing, using HAXE or such as possible "post-flash" editing tools.

Short term, you could download the Flash/sfw file still. And in a mean term, there exists means to convert SFW Files to MP4 or a more 'media/HTML Friendly' format. So that's an edited avenue worth considering.
