This is probably going to be one of the worst things I've ever said but... legalism in vore is fantastic.

It's more than just formally submitting to a predator, it's a persistent public proof of it. And with that effortless written permission every barrier that previously protected you like social norms, rights and criminal law is erased. Now not only is the predator protected from all punishment for eating you but the rest of the society will co-operate in helping her. Whatever might happen to you after you sign, whether you regret it or not, is all in the predator's hands since she has the legal right of it. And all she has to do is to convince some horny sucker for long enough for him to write his name on a paper and there's no going back.

I'm imagining watching a court's proceedings where a regretful prey's sob story is heard by a really sympathetic judge, and then rejected for being legally invalid. Poor guy, but the law is written clear as day no matter what anyone thinks about it so you're her meal if she wants it. Actually, she's the one on the hook for breach of contract if she doesn't eat you...

Legalism in vore is probably my favorite scenario!! For example, I am a fan of the trespasser scenario where the law makes it so instead of “trespassers will be shot on site”, it’s “trespassers will eaten and digested on site”.

But I find the scenario of signing oneself over on a piece of paper even hotter!! Not only are they legally required to be digested, but depending what else is written on the contract (or in this case McSlut form), they could be legally compelled to do any other lewd things the pred can think of. Like making their prey an always nude BDSM servant. A signature would be consent after all. Only difference is there’s no going back once you’ve signed. Even this little McSlut, who probably didn’t even get any pity sex and is likely meant to be dissolved and gone in 5 minutes (or less considering she’s THMP, THMP, THMP’ing with her fist there to break that pathetic dope down faster) he still appears to have been obligated to strip naked before melting into a McSlurry! I’m sure the court case you mentioned above was a one-time-only case for the sake of precedent. Perhaps it was a Supreme Court. And the ruling is that anyone who signs a vore contract, regardless of whether they’re regretful, or just didn’t read the fine print, are fair game for sex and digestion the moment they sign. After all, for the sake of efficiency, we can’t have every regretful prey delaying the preds meal by constantly dragging these cases into the sluggish pace of the courts. A preds gotta eat! (And this elf girl probably digests fast and needs to eat a lot of horny suckers).

Although, by that same token, if the contract said so, if the pred wanted to delay their prey’s fate they could. Keep em' around for a few weeks or months to enjoy the spoils of the tenderization sex. After all, the longer they’re tenderized, the better the meat will be later down the road.

I can imagine a scenario where a guy/girl goes door to door with a “Petition” on a clipboard for people to sign. Perhaps a “Feed the Plants” sheet. Most people probably sign without thinking, and may be initially surprised the very next moment when they’re being stripped naked, handcuffed, and taken to the petitioner’s van with a few other sexy (and naked) guys and gals already waiting there. Where they’re to be driven away to the petitioner's house to be fed to a carnivorous plant. (Of course with plenty tenderization sex first). I can even imagine a cop pulling the van over, wondering what’s with all the handcuffed naked people in the back. But once he sees the clipboard with all the signatures, he deems everything to be in order, and sends the van back on its way lol. I mean, the law is the law.
An even more scandalous scenario would be if there was some guy or gal that wanted to taste the forbidden fruit that is a sexy Step-Parent, they could get them to sign a “Permission Slip” to contribute for a school science project. Only thing is the project involves them digesting in their gut. But not before also being legally required to strip off their clothes, stay naked around the house 24/7 from now on, and always be ready for tenderization sex plus anything else the step-son/step-daughter (or technically the "master") asks until it's time to digest. It would be quite the reversal of authority! After all once they sign, they've consented that they're not legally a person anymore. Therefore aren't their step-parent anymore. I'm sure even the step-parents who actually read the fine print may be horny enough to sign their ass away to their step-son/daughter.
