I'd say it wasn't half done in this case! It's a 100% Pic, color could only elevate it past the point of perfection!

And Oh god, that was so intense, fantastic way for the fight to go as well. I also really enjoyed the 65 page backstory chapter of Hisoka too.

Don't say grayscale like it's a bad thing! The tones you've used here are absolutely fantastic and really help highlight a darker complexion. You really illustrated a chubbier frame so nicely in the hips, and especially i the cheeks. The weight of her gut is also really apparent with how it sags, and the uneven bulges have a nice effect on the piece too. Also loving so much how you colored her eye(s). Seriously, this really just gets full marks all around.

Also, great choice in an avatar.

One of the advantages of seal-based mermaids over fish-based mermaids is body heat. I really like how it's implied that they're warm in every environment they're in, while a classic mermaid would technically be the same temperature as the water around her. That's really oddly specific, though. :P

Yeah, nom checks normally are a dice roll against health (the "press any key to escape" bit), whereas the goat nomming you is part of the game, and you only start making checks for it if you don't find the gold brick soon and all that

I think there's always a slim chance for it to happen, but the lower your health is the higher the propability, while the goat is always a 100% thing. Maybe I should've worded that differently.

Yeah, the normal eraser is no good for this. You can either check the little box that says something like "Excange Normal/Transparent Color" next to the Primary/Secondary Color boxes to turn the tool you're currently using into an eraser or create a new Binary Tool, set its Opacity to 0 and use that like you would use an eraser.

Well, almost every elf deck has 8 of them (considering Fyndhorn Elves are basically the same thing), so it's not unusual to think of them when you think of elves.
