Oh wow! This is brilliant! I like the pose, it's got a bit of casualness to the pose, with the eyes suggesting some unease. The HP/Sanity bar is a fun addition, like a video game character, I assume this is from something like Persona? I like the background and how it's divided by those thick black lines that also merge into the border. Makes it look like the purple background is being divided.
