yeah, but thats a beetle, this looks more like a fly, thus survival seems far less likely, though given that a mouse did that to a cat in my last series, i cant rule it out as a possibility

if she could, the other mouse skulls in the stomach wouldnt be there. she arrived just in time to find the sphincter as it was allowing food though, and she was gassy enough, that the mouse was able to find air pockets in the intestines. that being said, full tour is my favorite type of vore, especially when it is surrounded by the less intact food
