As for my entry I would like to have my OC Levy, a long tailed fluffy lamia with four arms, be in between Zuzana and Medora like the middle left suggestion in your reference YCH picture provided.
In between their two Lovely full bellies I would like to have my Beloved Nom Bestie’s OC Little Sae, a chubby short stack wolf human hybrid, inside Levy’s belly being squeezed lovingly.
Levy’s top set of arms can be in the same place as shown in the aforementioned YCH reference while her second set of arms can be placed on top of Zuzana’s and Medora’s bellies, on top of Little Sae’s silhouette, or where ever feels natural of you to draw Bigbig.
Levy’s tail would also line the bottom of the picture and coiled around Your Lovely Ladies with the tip of Levy’s tail going up Zuzana’s back and over her shoulder to tickle Zuzana’s chin because she is my favorite out of the two, sorry Medora.

I recently conceived this OC whose a bit on the horror side. I would imagine her between the two gals, just underneath their belly and slithering her tentacles all over their bellies, wanting any of the chunky/preggo gals inside, having only manage to have fed on one. Zuzana might be creeped out while Medora might find her as an interesting abomination.

OC is female, about 5'9, 175 lbs (before prey) and she is Shoggoth possessing the body of a female corpse. Her name is Olivia.

One of my OCs, Crimson Lotus, a female Roegadyn from Final Fantasy 14, could easily fit in with this scenario.

She specifically has the power to grow in size and strength, to a maximum size of 30 feet, and she will gladly eat people by the fistful at that size. I could see her in this setup with her belly sandwiched between the other two, or even placed on top of them if she grows big enough. A nice, fat, prey-filled musclegut right in the middle. She might even eat Medora and Zuzana if the mood takes her.

If she does get picked, I can give plenty of references from the game, clothed and nude, in whatever angle necessary.

Typically I would put my fursona, Not entirely sure how tall they are, however. My Femboy Moth is around 5'11 and given they're size, He'd probably be the size of the stand in. He'd probably have a nervous smile. while one pair of arms resist them, he'd use the other arms to maybe message their guts.

He’d be stuck between their sweaty bellies, looking between them as they hold the mistletoe in front of their faces, and Torvald knowing full well that he wouldn’t just be getting a kiss from either of them. But the thought of the kiss turning into him being yet another person to fill their bellies with excited him as he blushed and bit his lip out of indecision on whom to “kiss.”

I'd see her in a pose similar to the second example you posted but with her still a little pressed between them since she is about 2/3rds the size of your ladies (but you could make her bigger if that would be more fun)

This is such a great concept! If you haven't already chosen everyone, I'd like to see if I can get my long-term RP partner's character (Emily) to be in the image. She just started a busy new job, so I thought this could be a nice Christmas present for her. Her character is a Victorian English schoolmistress pred, dark hair and dark clothes, with a huge full gut and a body typical of your preds. It would be great to see her between Medora and Zuzana, admiring their size since she's not quite as large as them...yet. Maybe she could even kiss one of their bellies since they have mistletoe out.
