Lan Par Thi was able to trace, as requested, the email meddling to Albuquerque on Earth 9999998, and I went to that place in order to try to find the dipstick behind the whole affair.
To my surprise, there was no city, and it should have been easy to find : Albuquerque is no Woop Woop!
