well while I am searching for an image if there is still one I am going to also describe it to you in case that may get any results,

the image itself depicts Wii Fit Trainer in a pose almost identical to the one Ino is in with a striking difference being that instead of it being someone's head it was Samus in ball form being sat on with the Trainer's juices starting to ooze down on the ball, debatable on if there was a massive belly partly covered by her or not but that detail I partly remember

along with that there was a wall of text as well meant to indicate a story of some kind to go along with the image as well which would describe that there are people inside her and that Samus is getting slowly sucked in after being used as a Yoga Ball with both the trainer and the people inside her trying to get Samus to not be pushed in too deep or they would be stuck inside her

not sure if this is helpful in any way but may as well try possible routes while I'm here
