If think the reason why users on here want to know is because there aren't very many cis females into vore. It's been that way since I first discovered Eka's back in...oh geez I've been around here for a while, back in Mid-Late 2000s. Back then there was no female users and it was entirely men. In-fact it was that way with the Furry Fandom. If you look at some of the oldest videos from really old Fur Cons (we are talking 90s and very early 2000s if not before) it's entirely men there.

It would be a interesting study to do, but based on what I've experienced, witness and read many things that are/were considered fetishes were pioneered by men. Being a Furry was one from what I've see and Vore as well.

I guess we men just have a really bad case of having gutter minds? xD Haha
