Not opposed to it, personally - especially if it's part of the payoff to exploring Star's abilities and/or appetite, like that one comic strip you did before. but that's just me ^_^

I mean... I'd say my vote is "seems fine as long as the fat isn't from people." It feels more in-character for this to be Dani's doing than for it to be a direct result of Star's hobbies.

First, it's your character, it should always be your decision first and to heck with what we think. you do you, whatever makes you happy first.
Second, it is an empirical fact that chubbier peoples are warmer and cuddlier to snuggle with some extra squish, which is always a plus for your significant other.

These points are valid. First and foremost, we all just want Star to be happy and be living her best life. If she's a bit rounder sometimes, I see no loss or particular benefit to it aside from the above.
TLDR, I'm very gay. I'm gay for skinny girls. I'm gay for chubby girls. They're all cute girl shaped! And I'm gay for the romance and happiness that Dani and Star have!
