Burping out all the air and letting the prey suffocate is one way to make them shut up. I guess that it might take a few minutes depending on several factors. It would make sense for the teacher to do that in this circumstance. Normally I prefer when the prey has enough air, but this is good, and I am acutely hoping for a part 3.
